Coconut Yogurt Tzatziki Sauce
The fact that I’m not eating a burrito bowl for dinner tonight is a major win for me 😛 Basically a gyro bowl? Anyways last night I made @minimalistbaker’s “meatballs,” topped them on some quinoa, vegan tzatziki (recipe in my stories and below), some baby kale, tomatoes, cucumber, and almond ricotta. Possibly channeling summer with this bowl???? -@thenakdkitchen

Buy ingredients
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 large cucumber, shredded and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salad, for serving


  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients together well. Serve over salad of choice.
