"This is SOOO GOOODDD!!! 😍 My daughter loves risotto, like lovessss it! I made it a couple weeks ago and the Arborio rice got over, so I went to the store today morning and got some more. It’s a Mushroom, Leek, Green Garlic Risotto and it is filled with so much goodness! I will be eating it with some olive oil crusty sourdough and a glass of 🍷! The green garlic gives it so much flavor! If I could I would swim in any kinda garlic, green or dried πŸ˜‚ My friend gave me some tips on growing green garlic so I am going to try it in the next couple of days! So excited 😊 #sparksjoy .
