ingredients
- 1 roll of room temperature puff pastry
- 1 pack of Wensleydale cheese with cranberries
- bunch of asparagus, tips
- 1 brown egg yolk
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and roll out your puff pastry dough and cut into 6 squares.
Step 2
In the middle, place two slices of Wensleydale and then place your asparagus tips on top (between 4-6 stems) then fold the opposite corners into the middle and pinch so it doesn’t fall away.
Step 3
Brush with an egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven until golden and crispy.
