Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In the mixers bowl add: flour, sugar, salt and vanilla and mix. Add the cold butter little by little mixing on low-medium, then add the dragon fruit frozen cubes and mix until a dough is well formed. When the dough is separating from the bowl take out add the rose elixir drops and mix by hand.
On a floured surface over parchment paper roll the dough with a rolling pin until about 1/2 inch.
On a non stick tart or pie mold press the bottom part of the pie, cover with foil and add pie weights. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and add filling and cover with dough. You can make shapes using cookie cutters on the dough.
Lower oven to 350ºF. Cut the extra dough from the pie and bake for 30 minutes.
In a medium pot add: sugar, vanilla, dragon fruit, salt. Once you have a sauce add the cornstarch and mix on medium heat, add the apple pieces and mix well. Add the drops of rose flower elixir ad let the mix cool down before filling the pie.
Once the bottom of the pie is ready, add the filling , the cover layer of the pie and and bake. Garnish with edible rose petals, and enjoy!
