ingredients

  • 3 cups cashew milk
  • 7 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla paste, or vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 salt

Method

  • Step 1

    on a medium bowl mix cashew milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

  • Step 2

    divide mixture into 6, add different superfood colors to each making ( purple, blue, pink, green, yellow, and orange)

  • Step 3

    For pink : add 1 teaspoon of pitaya powder to a portion of white chia mixture. For orange: 1/2 teaspoon dunaliella salina powder & 1/2 teaspoon beet powder For yellow: 1 teaspoon of dunaliella salina For green: 1 teaspoon of green spirulina powder For blue: 1 teaspoon blue spirulina For purple: 1/2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder & 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder.

  • Step 4

    Take 4 clear glasses and start layering the different color chia mixtures, and put in the fridge for 1 hr to set.

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dragon fruit powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dunaliella salina powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons green spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoons beet powder
  • 2 ounces edible flowers
