ingredients
- 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 julienned apple
- 1 cup radishes, julienned
- 1 cup sprouts
- 4 ounces edible flowers
- 1 pack rice wrappers
Almond Sesame dipping sauce
ingredients
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lakanto syrup, or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Submerge the rice wrappers one at a time in water for 1-3 minutes, until soft. Place the wrapper on a plate and add edible flowers, then the vegetables, fruit, and sprouts. Once filled, roll the edge of the wrapper over the filling and fold the edges inward. Use a few drops of water to make it stick.
Step 2
To make the sace: mix almond butter, water, sesame oil, coconut aminos, lakanto syrup and salt. Adjust amount of water until reach desired consistency. Garnish with sesame seeds.
