ingredients
For the Base
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar

For the Crumble
- 1 packet quakers maple brown sugar oats
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
In a single-serve baking dish, add the blueberries and mash slightly to where 1/4 of the blueberries are mashed.
Step 3
Then add the flour & sugar. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Assemble the crumble by mixing together all the ingredients listed until well combined.
Step 5
Top the blueberries with the crumble & bake for 25 minutes or until the crumble slightly browns & the blueberries are bubbling on the sides.
Step 6
Serve with ice cream & enjoy!
