Raw Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

To make bottom layer

1/2 raw dates

1/2 cup raw dried figs

1 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 to 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Pinch of salt

Process up your nuts first then add remaining ingredients , line 8 by 8 pan w paper and pat mix down place in freezer for 15 min

 

Middle

1 can full fat coconut milk chilled in fridge 24 hours ( only use solid not water )

3/4 or so cup of raw peanut butter

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

 

Method

Whip up your coconut and peanut butter first until light and fluffy add in the rest .. Spread on bottom layer place in freezer for 20 min

 

Top

Melt down chocolate of your choice w coconut oil and spread .. Place back in your freezer .. I then made a second layer by using the same ingredients above place on frozen chocolate spread out re freeze for a few hours then decorate .. I used homemade chocolates and PB cups
