"Chicken Tikka Masala 🌱 aka an easy and delicious introduction to the wonderful world of Indian food 🥘 Here’s the thing, you guys- when you start dating an Indian guy in college and you suddenly realize that you’ve never tried Indian food before (this was me circa 2006 btw), you quickly realize that you better start being a bit more adventurous when it comes to food. Fortunately, Santa Cruz had a couple Indian restaurants so I got to work. And by work I mean eating... 😉 Chicken Tikka Masala, similar (but somewhat different) to Butter Chicken, is surprisingly easy to make right at home. Rich, creamy, and oh so delicious!
