- Juice of ½ a blood orange (or any type of orange)
- Juice of ½ lime
- Cinnamon stick, brown sugar chili rim and caramelized citrus topper (optional), for garnish
- 2 ounces apple cider
- 2 ounces ginger kombucha
- 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Sriracha
Method
Step 1
Dip the edge of your serving glass into a mixture of blood orange juice, lime juice and sriracha, and then roll the moistened glass edge into your brown chili sugar mix.
Step 2
