ingredients

  • Juice of ½ a blood orange (or any type of orange)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Cinnamon stick, brown sugar chili rim and caramelized citrus topper (optional), for garnish
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 2 ounces ginger kombucha
  • 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Sriracha

Method

  • Step 1

    Dip the edge of your serving glass into a mixture of blood orange juice, lime juice and sriracha, and then roll the moistened glass edge into your brown chili sugar mix.

  • Step 2

    Add the apple cider, ginger kombucha, and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha to a drinking glass, followed by a squeeze of your lime and orange, give it a stir.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with a cinnamon stick and wedge of blood orange.
