Better Than Bouillon

This quick and satisfying meal is perfect for lunch or dinner. Tofu is is coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown. The crispy tofu is served over a bed of white rice and topped with a homemade sticky teriyaki sauce. Add a side of vegetables to complete this meal.
