Apple 'nachos' With Peanut Butter And Chocolate Drizzle

"Happy Apple Nacho Day everyone! Just kidding there's no such food holiday...or is there??Anyway, let's just start one right now with these apple nachos topped with a creamy dreamy CHOCOLATE PB PROTEIN DRIZZLE and allllll the fun toppings (like @enjoylifefoods mini choc chips, @manitobaharvest hemp seeds, @salbachia, @onedegreeorganics granola, shredded coconut, and red currants)! For the drizzle combine 2T @justins honey PB (or your fave brand), 1 T @nutiva coconut oil oin a pan over low heat until melted. Once melted add 1 1/2 T of your favorite protein powder. I used chocolate @kachavatribe (or you could sub in @shakeology or whatever brand you use) Then drizzle on top of everythanaaaang??!"

to make this vegan, make sure to use your favorite plant-based chocolate protein powder.

Ingredients

1 apple of choice, sliced

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 tbsp chocolate protein powder

toppings: chocolate chips, hemp seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes or whatever you choose! 

Directions

Add sliced apple to a plate or platter. Over low heat in a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter with the coconut oil. Mix well then add your protein powder. Drizzle over apple slices and add toppings of choice.
