Matzo-misu (Matzo Tiramisu)

This recipe is a Passover favorite from our co-founder Julie Resnick and her family. This year, her daughter, Mae, used our Molly Adam's tiramisu recipe (linked below) but swapped the ladyfingers for matzo and skipped the peppermint extract. What better way to enjoy matzo is there than soaked in coffee and sandwiched between rich layers of chocolate cream!
