- 1 1/ 2 ounces Bulleit Bourbon
- 1/ 2 ounce amaro
- 1/ 2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/ 2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add Bulleit Bourbon, amaro, lemon juice and simple syrup.
Close the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled, 2 minutes. Double strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
