This week we've chosen to highlight hearty greens. As the days turn colder, we're reaching for kale, Swiss chard, collard greens—any nourishing greens that fill us up and keep us going! We start out with a hearty sweet potato lentil and kale salad, move into a bulgur salad with Swiss chard and finish off with 'cheesy' cannelloni baked pasta with spinach. Happy cooking! |
