This week we're doing things a little bit differently for our Meal Plan! Jake Cohen, Feedfeed's Editorial Director, recently went Whole30 so we decided to put together a Whole30-friendly meal plan featuring some of the recipes he developed while he was on the plan and a few of his favorite recipes from the #feedfeed community! The best part about this menu is even if you are not looking to eat Whole30 exclusively, the recipes featured are full of flavor and nutrients and will become weeknight go-to's.

THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

3 red bell peppers
8 ounces broccoli
1 (12 ounce) package baby bella mushrooms
1 large leek
1 head celery
2 heads garlic
1 yellow onion
1 shallot
1 zucchini
4 lemons
2 pounds red potatoes
4 small Japanese sweet potatoes
1 large sweet potato
1 (5 ounce) box spinach
1 (5 ounce) box arugula
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh tarragon
1 bunch fresh dill
1 bunch fresh chives
1 bunch scallions
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (13.6 ounce) can full fat coconut milk
1 quart chicken stock
1 ¼ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ pound steak of choice
1 pound bacon
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
1 pound lean ground turkey or ground chicken
4 ounces sliced smoked salmon
1 (2 ounce) tin flat fillet anchovies in olive oil
1 dozen eggs

Whole30 is all about the compliant sauces!! Romesco is made from roasted red peppers and almonds and is delicious slathered on just about anything.
