Our FeedfeedLA studio doesn’t quite have the same history as Rome, but we were able to recreate the feel of an authentic Italian Piazza for our Feedfeed community. If you’ve ever wondered what an Italian-inspired party thrown in the heart of Downtown LA looks and feels like, read on and learn all about our wonderful evening with Fiorucci Foods.

FeedfeedLA was transformed from a modern space into a charming Italian marketplace, where guests were made to feel as though they spent an evening wandering through the timeless streets in the heart of Italy. The first stop was at our delicious, jaw-dropping and artful grazing station featuring an array of Fiorucci meats and cheeses created by Sorella Collective. Before coming back for round two, guests took a stroll to our Luxardo Negroni bar, where white and classic negronis were poured all night!

Authentic Italian music radiated throughout the room from our DJ, which truly set the vibe for the evening. Every inch of the room was filled with guests eating, drinking, laughing and posting.

Guests did not leave empty-handed or on an empty stomach! There were many food options from our freshly baked pizzas topped with Fiorucci charcuterie and cheeses, to Italian classics like shrimp scampi, truffled mac and cheese, balsamic roasted Brussels sprouts all filled with Fiorucci authentic charcuterie and cheeses! We also had a soup bar where guests could add their own Fiorucci toppings like crispy Smoked Prosciutto, chopped Paninos, Provolone and Parmesan cheese, and crackers. Any Italian grandmother would be proud!

We had a special guest appearance by Francesco AllegroRossoblu’s full-time Sfoglino (aka pasta maker), who rolled out his hand made pasta and cut different shapes for guests to watch. Francesco showed 24 different doughs playing with the vegetables and flour and came up with a rainbow masterpiece from mixing all of the doughs together! All the pasta he rolled and cut were available for guests to take home with them. Who else is craving some pasta now!?

Our bar was just as stacked as our food selection. Guests enjoyed red and white Negronis made using Luxardo liqueur. Wonderland Project Wine brought out their signature blends; a White Queen Chardonnay and Two Kings Pinot Noir. Guests also sipped on Una Lou canned rosé, always a hit at a California soirée.

What is a better way to end an Italian evening than with affogatos!? Guests indulged in lavender rose affogatos with ice cream from Carmela Ice Cream Co. and espresso from Cognoscenti Coffee. Yes, that is a thing and yes, they were delicious! Looking for variety? Don’t worry - we had salted caramel, Nutella dark chocolate chip, and Madagascar vanilla bean ice cream! As if gourmet ice cream and espresso weren't decadent enough, we added a full toppings bar with fresh whipped cream, Luxardo Cherries, Oreos, Heath bars, nuts, and of course, classic rainbow sprinkles.

Guest took home Fiorucci goodie bags with Fiorucci snack packs, wine openers, aprons, notepads and Feedfeed swag.

Special thanks to all of our partners - FiorucciCarmela Ice Cream, Cognoscenti Coffee, Luxardo, The Sorella CollectiveUna Lou, and Wonderland Project for bringing this event to life and creating a beautiful Italian inspired evening!
