  • Step 1

    Place 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on each side of bread. Cut slices of cheese so that the entire bread is covered in the mozzarella cheese and there is no gap for the perfect melt. Set aside

  • Step 2

    Wash your tomato, and carefully slice to your desired thickness. Add your tomato slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 3

    Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread.

  • Step 4

    Heat pan to medium heat and place sandwich down. When the cheese begins to melt (about 5 minutes) - flip over and repeat. After another 4-5 minutes, once the cheese has melted and the bread is golden on both sides, remove sandwich from heat and place on a plate.

  • Step 5

    Spread ½ tablespoon Wesson Plant-Based Butter Spread on each side of the sliced bread. Slice and serve immediately.
