ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple infused dark rum
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce demerara syrup
  • 1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
