"When I did my whole30recipes takeover in the beginning of April, this bunless burger got the most love out of all my posts. There's just something about burgers, bacon, eggs, and guac that people love (including myself). Slap them all together on the same plate and it's taste bud heaven! "

Here's an idea for a Whole30 compliant dinner from @that_paleo_guy: this burger with bacon, guacamole, and egg. Where do I sign up?

Ingredients:

Bison Burger:
1/3 lb ground bison patty

Toppings:
Fresh guacamole
Fried egg
Uncured bacon
Berries
Tomato
Sesame seeds
Fresh Basil 


Directions:
Season ground bison patty liberally with your spice of choice. Flame grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side (bison cooks faster than beef).

Serve with a pile of fresh guacamole and toss a fried egg on top. Add on uncured bacon, berries and fresh tomatoes. Top with sea salt, sesame seeds and basil. Role up your sleeves and get messy.
