Red Cabbage and Carrot with Black Rice Pilaf
"This salad made of root vegetables with carrot is ideal for this mid-season. These vegetables are inexpensive, but they are not presented in a warm but refreshing form with sprouted seeds. You will love the very tasty and antioxidant black rice."
