"Happy National S'mores Day!! Today I am having a go at the s'mores contest held by the feed feed and Ghirardelli chocolate. My entry is the Bourbon Bacon s'more. It is made with Ghirardelli Chocolate Bourbon Caramel Square, Smoky Bacon, a charred Marshmallow and of course Graham crackers. This lovely s'more has a sharp kick from the bourbon, and the smoky saltiness of the bacon balances the sweetness. As you can see I am on Team Burnt Marshmallow.
