Then someone thought Of making them into rolls . Genius. If you search pinwheels on the blog I have a chicken sumac pinwheel recipe with a short cut which makes it so easy. And literally all you need is tons of onions, sumac and chicken. Or if you are in Oc you can wait for this caterer to finalize their menu and order through them👏🏻👏🏻"

Musakhan is generally served open faced, but we love this rolled version! Shredded chicken is mixed with plenty of fried onions and lemony sumac and then piled high on soft flatbread. Roll it up and top it with more sweet onions, sumac and crunchy pine nuts.
