- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Toppings

- Cacao nibs
- Ground flax seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Quinoa puffs
Method
Step 1
In a high-speed blender, blend all smoothie ingredients together. Add more cococonut milk if needed.
Step 2
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
