"Triple Chocolate chip coconut macaroons. These little coconut darlings are made with grated dark chocolate in the batter and pieces of semisweet chocolate chunks are folded in and after they have been baked in the oven and cooled they are dipped in melted milk chocolate. RECIPE:

50 grams of butter
2 large eggs
200 grams of desiccated unsweetened coconut
90 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
100 grams of roughly chopped semisweet chocolate
200 grams of milk chocolate

Put the oven on 350 f.
Melt the butter and dissolve the cocoa powder in the butter.

Stir together eggs and sugar.
Add coconut, and butter to the mixture and stir so everything gets blended.
Let sit for ten minutes.

Then fold in the chopped chocolate.

Using two spoons, form heaping tablespoons of the mixture into mounds on to  baking sheets, spacing about 1 inch apart
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
Melt the milk chocolate and dip the bottoms of the macaroon in chocolate and return to baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for ten minutes.
