ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons minced red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 cup dwenjang
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup gochujang

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all these together and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Ssamjang is great with meats, veggies, peppers, and rice!
