Homemade Chickpea Flour Pasta

Being gluten free does not mean having to miss out on fresh pasta. This one is made with a combination of chickpea flour, millet and sweet rice flour.
Serves or Makes: 4
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 2 cups sifted chickpea flour(300g)
- 1/ 4 cup tapioca starch
- 1/ 4 cup sweet rice flour (also called 'glutinous rice flour')
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
- Water, as needed
- Millet flour, for rolling out (or more chickpea flour)
