Chia Pudding Layer:- 4-5 tbsp chia seeds- 3/4 cup plantbased milk (I used oat milk)- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Whip ingredients for the chia pudding together and set in the refrigerator while you prepare the strawberry chia jam in the middle. You can whip the chia pudding occasionally in order to avoid clumps.Strawberry Chia Jam:- 1 cup frozen strawberries- 2 tbsp chia seeds- 2 tbsp coconut sugar- hint of salt
Cook the frozen strawberries in a small casserole gently until they get smashed. You don't need to add water as otherwise it gets too runny. Let cool down a little and add the chia seeds and the coconut sugar.Add layers of chia pudding, strawberry chia jam and plantbased yogurt in a jar. Put it in the fridge and enjoy the next day for breakfast.
