"IM BACK. Started with scrambled eggs. Had too many dry scrambles this trip. So. Heat quite a lot of butter in a pan. Crack the the eggs directly in the pan and stir all the time. Add more butter and salt. Remove the scramble when it is still quite uncooked. I know it sounds weird but it will continue to cook. I promise. No one likes dry scrambled eggs.
