- 1 package Grain Free Burrito Size Tortillas
- dipping chocolate, melted
- Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips, crumbled
- chocolate chips, finely chopped
- rainbow sprinkles
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
Step 2
Heat tortillas according to package directions and let them cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Make tennis-size balls out of aluminum foil.
Step 4
Using the aluminum foil, roll tortillas in a cone shape and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Place them seam side down, keeping the aluminum foil ball inside to help keep its shape.
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 mins or until crispy and allow to cool to room temperature before decorating.

Option 1: Dip in melted chocolate, then sprinkle with crumbled tortilla chips.
Step 2
Option 2: Dip in melted chocolate, then sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Step 3
Option 3: Dip in melted chocolate, then sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
Step 4
HELPFUL TIP: Dip the bottom of the ice cream cones in dipping chocolate to create a seal at the bottom for the ice cream. Let chocolate set in the freezer or refrigerator for 10-15 mins before serving.
