Chipotle Tartar Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Siete Chipotle Hot Sauce
- salt and pepper

Tacos
- 1 cup green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 bag Siete Grain Free Chipotle BBQ Tortilla Chips
- 1 tilapia fillet, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup arrowroot
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
Method
Step 1
Combine ingredients for tartar sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Combine cabbage with lime juice and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate as well.
Step 3
In a food processor, place Siete Chipotle BBQ Chips and pulse until finely ground.
Step 4
To bread fish, dip in arrowroot, then egg, then crushed chips.
Step 5
Heat coconut oil to medium and fry fish until crispy or 2-3 mins on each side.
Step 6
Drain on a pan lined with paper towels and sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 7
Heat almond flour tortilla over medium heat until pliable.
Step 8
Assemble the taco by adding the fried fish, pickled cabbage and chipotle tartar sauce.
