Method

Feta dip

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in food processor (aside from red pepper flakes, and lemon juice) Process until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 2

    Add lemon juice, process again. Taste and add salt & pepper, or more lemon juice if desired.

  • Step 3

    Place in a bowl, garnish with red pepper flakes, or soffrito seasoning, fresh dill if desired.

  • 4 ounces Feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup room temperature Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Dukes mayonnaise
  • 1/2 zest Small lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 small clove Minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • To Taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish Red pepper flakes/Soffrito seasoning

  • 3 gluten free Mission brand “flour” tortillas
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

“Pita chips”

  • Step 1

    Cut tortillas into triangles/strips.

  • Step 2

    Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  • Step 3

    Bake & 400 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool before serving.
