Sriracha Ketchup Ranch
ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon each minced garlic, chopped chives, chopped dill, chopped parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Wings
ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
BBQ Sauce
ingredients
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 cup Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup
- 1/4 cup hot honey
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together all ranch ingredients. Taste, and adjust any seasoning as needed. Refrigerate, covered until ready to serve.
Step 2
Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towel.
Step 3
Place chicken wings in a bowl, or large ziplock bag. Add seasonings and corn starch. Shake well to evenly coat wings.
Step 4
Preheat grill to around 400ºF & place chicken wings on. Cover & cook chicken to 165º internal temperature, flipping every 10 minutes to assure a crispy cook on all sides.
Step 5
Allow chicken to rest and prepare sauce by adding butter, Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup & hot honey to a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer stirring frequently. Once ingredients are well combined, pour over chicken wings and toss to coat.
Step 6
Serve alongside Sriracha Ketchup Ranch.
