ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tablespoons gochugara flakes
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Mozzarella cheese, to serve
  • 1 package noodles

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the chicken in all the spices and sauces, and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

  • Step 2

    On a medium high heat, stir fry the chicken until cooked and the sauce thickens. Add a splash of water to loosen if required.

  • Step 3

    Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, drain, and pop into an oven proof dish. Top with the cooked chicken, pour over the sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Pop under a pre-heated grill until the cheese is golden bubbling, and serve.
