"Homemade rosemary salted potato chips from Buvette, The Pleasure of Good Food, by Jody Williams. These are a must make snack for your next party or football game as the combination of salt and rosemary go perfectly with an ice cold beer. I opted to serve these today for lunch with Buvette's croque Monsieur sandwiches which were the best version I've had of that sandwich. These chips stayed nice and crisp even a few hours after they were made, but, they are best when served right away and are still slightly warm. I also made her apple and sage risotto, which was so incredibly delicious! "
