ingredients
- 500 gram Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 30 gram Fresh Yeast
- 260 ml warm Milk
- 80 gram melted Butter
- 1 egg-yolk
- 1 Nut or Plastic King
- Almond Flakes
- Paper Crown
Method
Step 1
Mix the flour with the sugar and salt. Crumble the yeast into some of the warm milk. Then add this, the rest of the milk and the melted butter to the flour and knead well together. Knead as long as needed to get a soft nice dough.
Step 2
Let rest under a kitchen towel for 2 hours.
Step 3
Then cut 8 same size pieces from the dough. Roll 6 of them into balls but hide the nut or plastic king in one of them. Add the last 2 pieces together and roll to a big ball.
Step 4
Put the big ball into the middle of a cake dish and arrange the 6 smaller balls around it. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Brush with beaten egg-yolk and sprinkle with coarse sugar or almond flakes. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20-25 Minutes.
