Yeasted Chocolate Swirl Bread

Bun with Chocolate
Ingredients
Dough:
3/4 cup milk or water
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 tbsp of butter
4 cups wheat flour
Filling
1 cup chopped chocolate
6 tablespoons of milk
Directions:
Heat the milk for dough: it should be warmer than room temperature. Dissolve the yeast and add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Mix it and wait for 15-20 minutes in a warm place until the milk get bubbles. Mix together butter and sugar, add eggs.
Then mix the butter mixture into the yeast mixtures Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for 1-1 1/2 hour.
Prepare the chocolate filling by adding chopped chocolate in to a bowl, add some milk and melt it in a microwave oven until the mixture get smooth.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the chocolate across the surface, then roll the dough from each outside edge in. Put the bun into a buttered loaf pan and bake it at 350˚F for 25-30 minutes.
