  • 9 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3-4 tablespoons any nut butter (such as almond)
  • Dried fruits
  • Toasted nuts (such as almonds, cashews, or pecans)
  • Toasted seeds (such as pumpkin)
  • Cacao nibs
