This sweet, healthy snack of stuffed dates is easy to make and is an excellent gluten free afternoon boost.

  • 9 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3-4 tablespoons any nut butter (such as almond)
  • dried fruits
  • assorted nuts (such as almonds, cashews, or pecans)
  • seeds (such as pumpkin)
  • cacao nibs


  • Step 1

    Slice dates in half and fill with nut butter. Sprinkle with nuts, seeds, fruit, and cacao nibs as desired.

Medjool dates stuffed with nut butter, dried fruits, nuts, seeds and cacao nibs. You can also use chocolate chips or even fresh berries, possibilities are endless!
