A Note from Feedfeed
Creamy Coconut Chia Seed Pudding pairs well with just about any fruit you have on hand. If you don't have kiwi or blueberries on hand, feel free to use fruits like mango, orange slices, strawberries or whatever may be in season near you!

ingredients
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons coconut syrup
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- Granola of choice, to taste or as needed
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a jar or small bowl. Come back a couple of times to give it an extra stir during the first 5 minutes, in order to avoid lumps. Place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning with granola and fresh fruits.
