  • 10 ounces Hu Kitchen dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cups pistachios, chopped
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each increment until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 3

    Spread the melted chocolate over the parchment paper.

  • Step 4

    Place dollops of tahini all over the chocolate and swirl with a stick or knife.

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, chopped pistachios, and a pinch of flaky sea salt evenly over the chocolate.

  • Step 6

    Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.

  • Step 7

    Break into pieces and enjoy!
