Bacon And Spinach Quiche
Sunday mornings don't always look like this but when they do its amazing. Bonus: you can use whatever you have on hand to make this and you'll look all thoughtful and fancy.
No recipe crustless quiche:
1 dozen cage-free eggs
1/2 cup milk, almond milk, or cream
1/2 cup shredded or grated cheese--any kind (I used parm)
1 cup (ish) all the sautéed veggies your heart desires (I used onions & kale)
1/8 cup chopped bacon or ground sausage
Pour into parchment lined 9" round pan and bake at 375 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
