  • 1 Italian loaf, sliced in half horizontally
  • 3-4 tablespoons Wesson Original Plant Butter
  • 1-2 tablespoon jarred minced garlic
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, roughly chopped

Method

To assemble:

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375ºF , then prepare a baking sheet, option to add parchment paper. On a cutting board, slice the Italian loaf in half and spread apart on the baking sheet. Place in the oven on the top rack to bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, scoop the Wesson Original Plant Butter and add to a small bowl. To the same bowl, add in the minced garlic. Using a spoon, mix together the butter and garlic until it forms a combined spread.

  • Step 3

    Once the bread is toasted, take a butter knife or off-set spatula, and spread the butter and garlic mixture evenly across both halves of the bread. Top with chopped rosemary and slice each half into 8 pieces, then serve.
