ingredients
- 1 puff pastry dough
- 70 grams sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
ingredients
For the frosting
- 100 grams vegan cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle them over the puff pastry dough.
Step 2
oll the dough tightly, then cut it into 2 cm thick pieces. Place them in a baking tray (I brushed mine with vegan butter, but you could also use baking paper instead) and bake the cinnamon rolls at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take them out of the oven and let them slightly cool down before adding the frosting on top (make the frosting by mixing well the 3 ingredients).
