Cherry Turnovers

"Here they are, my little cute cherry turnovers. Mum these are for you!!

RECIPE:

4 sheets of frozen pastry
300 g fresh cherries
100 g cream
1 egg
30 g sugar
30 g ground almond
1 egg yolk + 2 spoons of water
4 spoons of planed almond

1. oven heat up to 200 degree. Pastry defrost. Cut the pastry into squares. The cherries have to pit. Put them in the middle of the pastry. Pursue a rand so that there is whole in the middle.
2. Mix the creme, the egg, the sugar and the ground almond. Put them in to the whole. Also the planed almond. Mix the yolk and the water and brust the pastry. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes."
