"Happy Friday!? Brunch with beautiful #beetpickledeggs. These eggs are topped with chopped pickled beets, onion, caper and fresh chopped chives& basil. . This was my very first time making pickled eggs and it was a success. They are not only pretty to look at, but taste so delicious. My daughter said it reminds her too much of Easter...and because it was purple, she was a bit reluctant to try it at first, but after the first bite, she liked it."
