For the Salmon
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) salmon
- 1/2 cup Annie's Organic Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- sesame seeds, for garnish

For the Salad
- 2 cups lettuce of choice
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 3 small shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup canned mandarine oranges, drained
- 1 cup sweet pea shoots
- 1/2 bunch broccoli rabe
Method
Step 1
Combine salmon, Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette, honey and sea salt in medium food safe resealable bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients and set aside.
Step 3
Remove salmon from bag and place on cast iron skillet skin side down. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil on high for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and remove skin.
Step 4
Toss salad with Annie's Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette and serve with salmon filet.
