These bagels could not be easier to make, plus they are so fluffy and delicious. Made with just 2-ingredients, you might as well make them for brunch today!

ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour, or 1 cup all-purpose flour plus 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 beaten egg, for brushing

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.

  • Step 2

    Knead well until a dough ball forms.

  • Step 3

    Cut your dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and make a hole in the middle, slowly turning it into a bagel shape.

  • Step 4

    Once you’re satisfied with the shape, brush your bagels with some egg wash.

  • Step 5

    Add toppings of choice (pictured with poppy seeds, but you can add everything but the bagel seasoning, or whatever you fancy).

  • Step 6

    Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Flip your pan half way. For the last 5-10 minutes, flip your bagels to allow it to cook all the way through.
