Crust 2 cups almond flour3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted1/4 teaspoon sea salt1 egg whiteFilling2 cups plums, pitted and thinly sliced2 tablespoons arrowroot powder1/4 cup coconut sugar1 teaspoon ginger powder1 tablespoon lemon juicepinch of sea salt1-Preheat oven to 350˚F.2-Add all crust ingredients in a bowl and mix well until mixture begins to clump and get moist.3-Press dough into a 9 inch removable bottom pie pan.4-In a separate bowl, mix together all the filling ingredients. Let stand, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes, or until juicy.5-Pour the fruit filling over the crust in an even layer.6-Bake the tart for about 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.7-Cool completely before serving.8-Enjoy!
