For the Floral Ice Cubes
ingredients

- herbs (mint, rosemary, basil)
- distilled water
For the Rose Hibiscus Simple Syrup
ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon hibiscus tea
- 2 tablespoons rose petals
For the Cocktail
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces 21 Seed Hibiscus Grapefruit Tequila
- 1/4 cup rose hibiscus simple syrup
- mint and flowers, for garnish
- lemon peel, for garnish
Method
Step 1
To make the floral ice cubes, add edible flowers and herbs to each compartment in a large ice cube tray. Fill the ice tray with distilled water and freeze overnight.
Step 2
To make the rose hibiscus simple syrup, add water, sugar, hibiscus tea, and rose petals to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Strain the syrup into a jar and set aside to cool completely.
Step 3
For the cocktail, add floral ice cubes to 2 chilled glasses. Add ice to a cocktail shaker and add lemon juice, lime juice, and tequila. Cover and shake for 1 minute. Pour the mixture evenly into the two prepared glasses. Top each drink with soda water and add 2 tablespoons of the Rose Hibiscus simple syrup to each glass, or to your taste. Garnish with a sprig of mint, edible flowers, and a lemon peel.
