Carrots, radishes, and chickpeas are tossed in ras-el-hanout and baked until chickpeas are crispy and carrots and radishes are tender. These roasted vegetables are laid on honey, lemon yogurt sauce, and dressed with a spiced ras-el-hanout and honey vinaigrette. This dish is perfect year-round as a side or weeknight meal.
